1. On-site lifting of valves that require reconditioning maintenance of internal parts including seal areas.
2. The maintenance service will be quoted based on the opinion of the enhanced visit and on the client's requirements for approval.
3. Since this maintenance must be performed at the plant, the collection of the valve on site will be coordinated with the client once the OC has been placed.
4. This maintenance does not include evaluation of the valve pressure vessel such as body, bonnets, yokes, ends, internal castings etc.
5. The plant will manufacture the required parts and will proceed to prepare the bodies, end bonnets and, if necessary, machine the required parts, clean them using scale removers.
6. Once the work is finished, an operation test and hydrostatic tests will have to be carried out.
7. Sand blast and paint with the standard paint applied at Walworth for shipment.
8. A maintenance certificate is issued with the scope carried out so that from this date the warranty period is considered, which will be 1 year in the parts that were replaced.
