②The valve should be packaged and shipped. All kinds of valves whose nominal size is less than DN40 should be packed and shipped. For all kinds of valves whose nominal size is not less than DN50, they can be packed in bulk or in other ways except as stipulated in the contract, but must ensure that they are not damaged during normal transportation. Missing parts.

③The packaging box for land transportation should be placed in a weatherproof boxcar and covered with a rain-proof canvas. If it is transported by sea, the manufacturer should take measures to prevent the inner and outer surfaces of the equipment from being corroded by the salt spray of the marine environment.

④The transportation package should be complete and neat. The cargo inside should be evenly distributed, neatly arranged, properly padded, fixed inside, and the center of gravity should be as central and lower as possible.

⑤The wooden box for loading and shipping must be fixed to prevent the integrity of the wooden box from being damaged due to vibration during transportation.

⑥ Pay attention to safety during the loading and unloading process, and the lifting equipment shall not be used to lift heavy objects that exceed its rated load.

⑦If there is a lifting and handling position on the outside of the packing box, it must be strictly implemented to prevent accidents from damaging the valve.

⑧Export valves should be shipped in containers as much as possible.
